文凭 are not distributed at commencement.
Beginning approximately 6 weeks after the graduation date, diplomas will be mailed to the permanent address on record in the 办公室 of the University Registrar. 学生应该 verify and update the permanent address in 狮子座在线 or submit a written address change to the 办公室 of the University Registrar using the Address/Name Change Form.
What information is on the diploma?
- The diploma displays only the degree awarded.
- The student's major/minor are listed on the transcript but are not printed on the diploma.

Replacement or Duplicate Diploma
Replacement and additional diplomas can be ordered through our vendor, 迈克尔·萨特. The size is 11"x14" and will bear the signature of the current rector and president. Reissued diplomas start at a cost of $52.85. Additional fees are charged for notarized or expedited diplomas.

文凭 damaged during mailing may be replaced at no cost. Please tear the diploma in half and send a picture of it to graduate@extracteurdejuscarbel.com.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of specially ordered diplomas.
Final 成绩单 and Verification of Degree
Final transcripts are not automatically provided to graduates, but must be requested in writing. Transcript forms have a service box to indicate special deadlines, or hold for degree posting. 看到 成绩单.
Students who require proof of graduation for an employer, 研究生院, certification board or other third party should email graduate@extracteurdejuscarbel.com. 成绩单 and verifications will not be released until all holds, 债务, or obligations to the University have been satisfied.
